my TEDx Talk:

MANIFESTO

From a very early age, I pushed myself hard. I went after what I wanted — and I achieved things I'm genuinely proud of. I graduated cum laude from university abroad, bought a house at 25 in a foreign country, worked as a host on live national TV, travelled the world solo, delivered a TEDx talk, and moved countries more than once — creating a life in newenvironments, always surrounded by people from all backgrounds.

Big things. Meaningful things.

And yet, inside, I still felt like I was falling short. Like I was never quite enough.

That voice — my inner critic — was relentless. It drove me to achieve, but then punished me when I stumbled.

The real turning point came when I went through a partner with addiction, divorce, and deep loss. That voice didn't just push me anymore — it attacked me. It told me I was failing. That I had failed. That I was behind. How could it be that in my late 30s, and things were falling apart?

Even though I had always dived deep into my growth, this time I went even deeper.

I did deep work. The Hoffman Process. CPTSD trauma therapy. Courses. Books. Breathwork.

I started to really learn deeply how the inner critic lived in me. In my mind — the endless loop of self-doubt and overthinking. In my body — the tension I held, the exhaustion I carried, the constant feeling of being on alert, fighting.

And I worked with all of it. Holistically. I rewired my thoughts. I reconnected to my voice. I released what my body had been holding for years.

Not overnight. But I got to a place where I feel grounded, present, and happy — where I fully understand my journey and where I am creating consciously from an empowering place. Rooted in love.

Today, I'm proud of what I've accomplished. But now, I create differently. I relate differently. My achievements, my relationships, my life — they all come from an aware conscious place, I am in the driver’s seat. Consciously chosen. No need to prove myself or anyone anything. From love. From safety. From a deep knowing that I am already enough.

That's why I created The S-Method.

Not just from theories and studies. Also from my own liberation. From the profound and deep belief that this journey and work is going to help other women out there to thrive too.

The S-Method was created in love — and it carries that love forward.

Today, it is a framework — based on practical tools, teachable, and scalable. A holistic method that can change the way you feel from the inside out and shape how you live your life.

This isn't just about me, or you. It's about all of us — rising together.

I feel this is a movement; and that the more of us rising, the more we can help others do the same.

I am so happy you are joining us!
